Teach Play-based Learning is a web site developed in conjunction with my Masters in Education at Sonoma State University.

The purpose of developing this website is to enhance the value of a play-based approach through providing seminars to Preschool and Child Care Staff in the San Diego County area. 

This website will provide a variety of tools which define play, and how it may be used in an Early Childhood Education setting.

Included on this website are:

• References to research articles which support play in education
• Links to websites of popular Early Childhood Education approaches which use play in their curriculum
• Descriptions of four seminars which have been developed to support educators in promoting a play-based curriculum in their teaching enviornment, while still fulfilling the Desired Results Developmental Profile of California.
